These terms cover your use of this website. The specifics of any job — scope, price, and scheduling — are agreed directly with Fresh Coat Painting Co. by phone, text, or in person.
Quotes & estimates
The starting prices shown on this site (per room, whole interior, full exterior) are guides. Your actual price is the written estimate we give you after seeing the surfaces, and we confirm it before any work begins. Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
Scheduling & service
Start dates are offered when available and are not guaranteed — exterior work in particular depends on the weather. We'll always tell you the soonest realistic date when you contact us. We reserve the right to decline any job, for example surfaces that need lead-safe or other specialist handling we aren't certified for.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure we can safely reach the surfaces to be painted, and take away anything fragile or irreplaceable before prep day. Let us know up front about anything unusual — high ceilings, tight access, known lead paint, damp, or previous coatings that may not take a new finish.
