Interior & exterior painting · Brightwater
Mon–Sat 7a–7p
Choose the colour. We'll handle the sanding, the caulking and the cut lines.
A small Brightwater crew that treats prep as the actual work. Holes filled, edges caulked, bare spots primed, tape pulled clean — then two full coats of a colour you picked.
Prep is the job. The paint is the last two hours.

What we paint
Every surface in a house wants a different brush.
Pick what needs doing and we'll tell you what prep it takes before we tell you the price.
Interior walls & ceilings
Rolled flat, cut in by hand at every ceiling line and corner — no wavy edges, no roller marks in the sun.
- Walls & ceilings
- Hand-cut edges
- Hole filling & sanding
- Accent walls
Trim, doors & baseboards
Caulked, sanded between coats, and brushed in enamel so it wipes clean instead of scuffing.
- Baseboard & casing
- Doors & jambs
- Crown & rails
- Enamel finish
Exterior & siding
Washed, scraped back to sound material, spot-primed, then sprayed and back-rolled to bite into the grain.
- Siding & fascia
- Soffits & eaves
- Shutters & front doors
- Scrape, wash, prime
Cabinet spraying
Doors come off, get degreased and sprayed in the shop, and go back on new hardware — a kitchen for a fraction of a remodel.
- Doors sprayed off-site
- Degrease & de-gloss
- Hardware swap
- Hard cured topcoat
Decks, fences & stain
Stripped, brightened, and back-brushed with stain so it soaks in rather than sitting on top and peeling.
- Deck stripping
- Wood brightening
- Stain back-brushed
- Fence sealing
Patching & texture match
Cracks, screw pops, and the hole behind the door handle — floated, textured to match, and primed before colour.
- Crack & nail-pop repair
- Skim coating
- Knockdown & orange peel match
- Stain-blocking primer
How a job runs
Estimate, prep, two coats — in that order.
We walk the rooms
We measure, check what the surface is going to need, and hand you a written price before we leave. No charge, no pressure.
Prep day
Furniture centred and covered, floors papered, holes filled, edges sanded and caulked, bare patches primed, everything taped.
Colour, then the walk-through
Cut in by hand and rolled or sprayed — twice. Then the tape comes off and you check every wall with us before we load up.
Prices
What a paint job actually costs around here.
Prep is what moves the number, not the paint. We look at the surfaces first and write the price down — so it can't drift once the drop cloths are out.

priced by door count, square footage, and how much stripping it needs

- The written price is the price — it moves only if the scope does
- Two full coats quoted as standard, never as an upgrade
Our standard
Most of this job is the part you can't see once it's dry.
The painter who quotes is the painter who paints
We're small on purpose. The person who writes your estimate is on the ladder the morning we start.
Prep gets the hours it needs
Filling, sanding, caulking and spot-priming happen before any colour goes on. Skipping that is why paint peels in two years.
We paint around your life
One room at a time if you need it, doors kept usable, and the kitchen back together before dinner.
Licensed & insured
Fully covered while we're in your home — ladders, sprayers, and all.
Our work
Before the tape came off, and after.
Before-and-after shots of real Brightwater jobs go here. A patched, primed and repainted wall proves more than any adjective on this page.

In their words
Where your customers' words will go.
“This is where a real Google review will go once you collect a few. Your customers' own words, front and centre.”
“A second review sits here. Short, specific, and about one job — that is what earns the next call.”
“And a third. Once you have five real ones, we wire up a live star rating right here.”

Coverage
Where our ladders go.
Based in Brightwater and painting across it most weeks. The outlying towns are on request — just say where you are when you call.
Before you call
The questions we get on every walk-through.
How soon can you start?
Most interiors start within a week or two; exteriors depend on the weather window. We'll tell you the honest soonest date when we walk it.
How much will my job cost?
You get a free written estimate after we've seen the surfaces. One room starts around $350; whole interiors and exteriors are priced by size and how much prep they need.
Do I have to move the furniture?
No. We move it to the middle, cover it, and put it back. Anything fragile or irreplaceable we'd rather you take out yourself.
How long does the smell last?
We use low-VOC interior paint, so most rooms are liveable the same evening and back to normal by the next day.
Can you match a colour I already have?
Bring us the lid, a leftover chip, or a piece of the trim and we'll get it scanned and matched at the paint store.
What areas do you cover?
Brightwater and Brightwater Heights week to week, plus Harbor Point, Ash Grove, North Quarry and Wexley on request.
Got a colour in mind?
Call or text and we'll come measure it. You'll have a written price before we're out of the driveway.
